Hello, Parents!

We have made it to Memorial Day Weekend! This week students wrote cinquain and alliteration poems. If you are interested in seeing their poems, please ask your student to share their Poetry Journal with you, located on Google Classroom. Students practiced coordinate grids and multiplying and dividing by mixed numbers for math. They took the first part of the Unit Test too. Look for Test Corrections and Retakes next week. The homelinks are on Google Classroom. Also, students should be reading for 20 minutes every night. So please make sure students are filling out their reading logs each night. Also, please read the information about DOGS Tags. These tags will be daily items that students will need to have.

Students multiplied fractions and mixed numbers for math to find the product. I will assign more Math Boxes in the math journal as homework, so students must take their math journals home and school every day.  The homelinks are on Google Classroom. Also, students should be reading for 20 minutes every night. So please make sure students are filling out their reading logs each night. Also, please read the information about DOGS Tags.
